Your realtor will be able to find the right subdivision that meets your criteria for your new home. They will represent you in negotiations with
the developer and troubleshoot problems throughout the process. This service is free to you. The builder pays your realtor’s comission.
Remember if you choose not to use a realtor the builder does not discount the sales price.
• If you are buying before a home is built, be prepared for a period of time to pass before you can move into the home.
Depending on the real estate market in your area, this can range from two months to nearly one year.
